New City, New State, New Home for Susan and Zanna Discs
After almost twenty years of living and teaching in Nashville, TN, I've moved back west to my new home in Bend, OR. I'm teaching loads of singers online via Zoom and Skype, and Zanna Discs kept going throughout the move: we just updated the Android version of the Sing Harmonies App. My new mailing address is:

I now have an Android version of the Sing Harmonies App available on Google Play. It works just like the iOS version and comes loaded with three harmony songs: Lean On Me, Teach Your Children, and Swing Low, Sweet Chariot. All of the 38 additional songs available for the iOS version are also available for the Android version via in-app purchase. Detailed song info is here
Sing Harmonies Android App is Coming, Plus New Songs
I've been learning and singing the alto harmony part for Helplessly Hoping, Take it Easy, Imagine, and a bunch of other great songs. We still need to add the soprano, tenor, and bass singers--we're hoping to add ten new songs to the app by the summer. Meanwhile, our developers are still hard at work on an android version of the Sing Harmonies App, which will include all the same songs as the iPhone/iPad version.

Sing Harmonies 2.0 is here!
A much improved version of my Sing Harmonies app is now at the App Store: it has a better look, improved functionality, and we've added nineteen new songs, available via in-app purchase. So far the most popular songs have been Amazing Grace, Rolling in the Deep, and Hallelujah. The least popular? Baby: sorry, Justin Bieber. The Sing Harmonies website has song arrangement info, keys, and more.

The Skype’s the Limit
This last week I’ve Skyped singing lessons with singers in Knoxville, New York City, Buenos Aires, and on the other side of Nashville. Skype does have it’s limits. but I’ve worked out some very tricky technical problems and some pretty subtle delivery issues with singers who are far away. Plus, my dogs love it because they can be in my teaching room while I’m Skypeing. More info here
